Blue-green tunic with a red piped standup black velvet collar, bib and cuffs. 14 silver domed relief Russian eagle buttons. Large embroidered gold bullion on red cuff tabs with silver Russian eagle buttons. Red piped skirt with four buttons - two matching, two mismatched. One cast patch repair on right shoulder and some wear on black velvet collar. Grey-green cloth lining. Circa 1909-1917.

Condition: Showing heavy wear especially on velvet collar and liner, partial loss of silver plating on buttons, multiple small holes and one large shoulder repair.
