Russian Cossack silver Caucasian style belt.

Used as a part of Cossack and Caucasian native's dress, silver belts were symbols of prosperity of the owner.

Profusely decorated with hand-chasing and niello. Stamped with Tiflis, Georgia town silver marks and assayer's mark dating 1884. Appears to be missing several links.
